  14. Divide the green pepper mixture and use half to cover the ribs, then place back in the oven and let it cook for another hour. (Open it half way and brush some oil if needed)
  15. Mix the collected dripping sauce thoroughly with the remaining green pepper mixture
  16. Place it on a pan and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat, till it reduces to a gravy consistency
  17. Once the ribs is cooked fully bring it out of the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes, then serve with the rice stir fry and lemon wedge Chinese stir fry with grilled lamb ribs
