9. Unroll other crust on top press ends together and trim the ends off and egg wash the top crust
10. Prick four holes in the center of top crust (i used the tip of a butter knife)
11. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top then place on a pan for support and bake for 30 minutes
12. Take out let cool for a few minutes and enjoy
