Let the cake to cool down for wait gently cut the cake in to two layers..prepare sugar syrup by adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar in to half cup water apply this syrup on each layer of the cake..to prepare chocolate ganache.. take fresh cream, butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl and melt it by double boiling method, let it cool down..
  4. Spread chocolate ganache on each layer assemble the cake layers..and keep it in the refrigerator to set, for 30 minutes..take out the cake spread remaining ganache on the cake and garnish with some colorful sprinkles now - chocolate coffee cake is ready to relish….
