Instructions to make Mike's Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya:
  1. Chop all vegetables and fine mince herbs.
  2. Place a small amount of oil in a thick bottom pot and add all seasonings.
  3. Add your vegetables to your pot and fry until slightly translucent. Mix well.
  4. Translucent at 7 minutes.
