  3. Remove Chicken from Fridge atleast 15 min before coating with flour.
  4. Take chicken from the marinade and place in the dredge, making sure to cover it liberally with the flour and using fingers to poke the chicken.
  5. After fully coated, lightly shake of the excess, and then fry in deep oil, at 175C.
  6. Make sure to shake pan carefully after place chicken in, and using a spoon, keep dropping hot oil on the chicken for 10 seconds.
  7. Cover and let fry until golden brown.
  8. Remove and place on a rack to let the excess oil drip, and cool.
