  1. Marinate chicken in a large zip lock bag w/ 1 tbls. soy sauce at room temp. for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from bag. season to taste, & dredge in corn starch. & shake off excess
  2. Heat a large skillet over med-high heat, add 1 tbls. oil to pan. Add half the chicken; saute for 6 minutes until done, turning to brown. Remove chicken chicken from pan w/ tongs & drain on paper towel.
  3. Combine 1 1/3 teas. corn starch. 2 tbls. soy sauce, honey, sambal, sesame oil, & rice vivegar in a microwave safe bowl stirring w/ whisk until smooth. microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes until it slightly thickens, stirring twice. Stir in garlic. Combine soy sauce mix, chicken, cashews, celery; toss to cost chicken.
  4. Heat tortillas in pan on med. heat until lightly blistered, turning often. place 2 tortillas on 4 plates, split chicken mix evenly on each tortilla. Top each taco w/ green onion & bell pepper, servew/ lime wedges.
