  1. Remove excess fat and wash then well, then chop them to your preference. [I wash in salty warm water].

  5. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots and the spices (paprika, curry powder, chicken bouillon cube, and remaining worchestire sauce) and allow to cook till tomatoes soften. You may add little water to prevent the dish sticking to the pot.
  6. Add the green bell pepper, the chilli and salt and let the bell peper cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped dania leaves, stir and turn of heat.
  8. Serve while hot with accompaniment of your choice(Ugali, Rice, Mashed potatoes, Mukimo e.t.c)
