  1. Fry garlic & onions till brown
  2. Add gizzards to the mixture & fry till brown
  3. Mix beef stock with half a cup hot water then pour in the pot
  4. Grate tomato & add to pot. Add tomato paste. Close lid & let simmer. Keep adding water as it goes down
  5. When gizzards are soft & cooked, add peppers & Mayo then simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Penne in Basil & Spinach & Butternut.
