The ingredients needed to make Chicken Gizzard:
- Make ready 3/4 kg chicken gizzards
- Take 1 onion
- Get 2 tomatoes
- Get 1 small garlic
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare White cooking oil
Instructions to make Chicken Gizzard:
- Put all the gizzards in a clean sufuria and wash..then drain the water
- In a clean sufuria now put the gizzards and add just a little water to allow the gizzard boil.
- Boil the gizzard for a about 10 ~15min
- After all the water is boiled and drained add water to deep fry the gizzards
- Slowly drain the excess oil
- Cut the onions then follow by garlic as u control the heat
- Then cut the 2 tomato after the onions and garlic are completely brown
- Steam the food in regulated heat for the the next 5 minutes till its fully flavoured
- Service with chapatis for 3 and enjoy
