Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Biryani😋💛🍲:
For Making Tikka, Mark cut on chicken leg pieces with knife.
In a mixing bowl, add yoghurt lemon juice,
Tikka masala,and all ingredients mix it nicely
Then put chicken leg pieces and marinate with all masalay nicely for 4 hours orovernight
Then steam it for 15-20 minutes on steamer. - After few minutes, turn leg pieces.
Turn chicken pieces. - and steam the other side for more 15 minutes.and heat oil in a wok and fry for 2 minutes until turns golden.
Soak rice for approx 2 hours. - Then in a pot, put water, whole black cumin,salt
Add bay leaves,green cardamoms and white vinegar and boil it
Now add rice and boil 1/3. Then drain its water. Rice is ready.
For Making Korma: - In a pot, heat oil and add onions fry them until golden brown then set aside
In the same pot add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes,add black cardamoms
Add cinnamon sticks cloves
Add cumin seeds
Then add tomato,whole green chilies,
Add fried onions,plums all spice powder and red chili powder and mix it nicely.
Add remaining marination mixture and fry it until becomes smooth paste.korma is ready
Mix yellow color and kewra water in milk and set aside
Heat harcoal on flame
For Mixing: - Put portion of korma oil in a pot. Then put half of rice.Now put green coriander, green chilies and some brown onion.
Then put remaining rice and put green coriander, green chilies and some onion. - Now keep chikem tikka pieces over it.
Pour milk mixture on rice and place a small bowl in the middle put charcoal
Pour some oil over it and cover it.place a heavy pestle to lock the steam.simmer it for 7-8 minutes on high flame then simmer on medium low.
Take out in serving dish and serve with raita and salad.
