Steps to make Chatpati Chicken biryani with aloo:
Take a pot, add oil and heat it then add ginger garlic paste until it smells good
Add chicken and potatoes until chicken's colour has changed.
Add whole garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, haldi and chicken powder.
And bhoonofy until oil rises
In a bowl, add roughly chopped mint, tomato slices, aloo bukhare, green chillies and fried onions
Mix it with hands
Then add layer of it in a pot and add one glass of water and cook until chicken and potatoes tender.
Take another pot, add 6 glass of water, add salt and bring it to boil
Add rice and cook until boiled 3/4.
In a pot of chicken, add layer of half rice then add zafrani kewra and zarde ka rang and left over rice.
Then add 1 tbsp ghee and give it a nice dum.
