Hello everybody, hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, vegetable korma. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Vegetable Korma is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Vegetable Korma is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook vegetable korma using 7 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Korma:
  1. Take I used 1/4 cup of each variety of veggies
  2. Prepare Cauliflower, asparagus, carrot, mushroom,
  3. Take Fenugreek leaves(optional)
  4. Take Bell pepper,potato, celery, peas,
  5. Take 1 can coconut milk
  6. Prepare Ginger paste, tomato, salt, pepper, red chilli powder,
  7. Prepare Cumin powder, cinnamon powder
Steps to make Vegetable Korma:
  1. Heat the pot with 2tbsp of oil, add 1tsp of ginger paste. Fry for 30 secs & add handful of chopped fenugreek leaves or methi leaves. Then add 2 diced tomatoes. Vegetable Korma1. Once this mixture is cooked add the vegetables.
  2. Stir & Add 3/4 cup of water, salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1/4th tsp of cumin powder, cinnamon & red chilli powder according to ur spice level.
  3. Once the veggies are almost cooked, add coconut milk & stir gently. allow it cook for another 5 mins in sim. sprinkle cinnamon powder & adjust the salt if needed.
  4. Enjoy with cooked rice.
