  7. Take 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut

  1. Knead gulab jamun mix powder (I prefer MTR) by adding milk spoon by spoon. You can even use water, but milk gives you better results. Apply ghee/oil on your palm and take a small small portion of dough and make a round ball like shape jamuns
  2. Mean while mix water and sugar with cardamon in it and bring it to boil.. keep it on stove for 10 mins on medium flame and turn it off.
  3. Deep fry jamuns on a low flame till it's golden brown.
  4. Put jamuns into a hot sugar syrup and let it absorb it. Let it cool.
  5. Melt chocolate on a double boiler.
  6. Place jamuns on a grill, pour melted chocolate over it. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over it.
  7. Delicious gulab jamun lamington is ready to serve. You can serve at room temperature or chilled too..
