Slice your bunch of vegetables leaf and wash,drain the water from it and keep it aside.Place a clean pot on fire and add reasonable quantity of red oil in to the pot,slice one bulb of onion and fry for about 30 seconds then add all your crayfish, dried fish,curry powder and other spices you feel like adding.stir a and heat for another 30 seconds.then add some quantity of water.then add 3 cubes of Maggie and salt to taste.allow to boil for 2 minutes. Stir it and add the slice vegetables leaves
  3. Allow it to cook for about 5 minutes depending on how you want it.(half cook or full cook).vegetables sauce is ready so delicious. Try it and see.

Vegetable Fried Rice: Any stir-fry friendly veggies would be great in fried rice! I used more vegetables than called for in the recipe and added celery and red bell pepper. The garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil were perfect to give the flavors I love. Pot Rice is simply piping hot rice served in a pot with loads of vegetables in Soya garlic sauce. Add the rice in a pot and top it with the veggies.
