  1. Mash rice by adding a bit of salt using a potato masher
  2. Add onion,green chillies,ginger,coriander leaves,curry leaves,lime juice,gram flour,rice flour,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,baking powder and mix well
  3. Mix well,if needed add few drops of water to make a perfect dough
  4. Make small balls from the mix
