Prepare - Chicken with skin (cut into medium pieces)
Get - Garlic chopped
Take - White Onion Cubed

Instructions to make Chahohbili:
Heat pan and fry the chicken dry over high heat until they turn golden brown (app 3 - 4 min)
1. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry the onion on medium flame until golden brown.
In a Saucepan lay down the onion and then lay the fried chicken add the tomatoes and bring to boil, cover with lid, slow cook the stew for 20 mins.
Add black pepper, salt to taste, Coriander powder, garam masala, dried fenugreek (Kasuri methi), dill garlic and stir and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
Add parsley, cilantro, basil and red chilli and keep for 2 min.
Serve hot with Bread / Jasmine Rice.
