  1. Cut the khubuz (Arabic bread) into the small cubes with the help of kitchen scissor.
  2. Take a non-stick wok and grease it with olive oil, toss the bread on slow flame until it becomes crispy, really crispy. Remove from the fire n set aside.
  3. For the dressing…. Grind the garlic with olive oil (no water at all, if required add more olive oil)
  4. In a bowl whisk together the youghurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, then gradually add olive oil garlic and mix it.
  5. Now take a deep tray or bowl….. Make the layers…. - First place the khubuz at the bottom, then layer of chick peas, then tomatoes, then spring onion, then coriander.
  6. Pour the dressing generously over the salad.
  7. Garnish with pomegranate.
