  7. Now when the oil is heated add onion puree, when it becomes golden brown add tomato puree in it now add 1 teaspoon chaat masala and red chilli powder and sault to it. Chola curry is ready
  8. For garnishing put tikkis on the plate now pour Chola curry on it then add curd on it and then green chutani and tamarind chutney on it, spread some onion pieces and jeera powder on it.
  9. Your tikkiya chaat is ready to serve.
