Steps to make Banana Bread:
  1. Mash banana, combine the banana with 3 tbsp of cognac, 5 tbsp of butter and 1/2 brown sugar put into a nonstick pan on the medium level until it bubbles. Once finish take off the stove and leave to cool
  2. In a large bowl put the yogart,eggs, 1/2 brown sugar combined with the banana mix. Then use the blender or mixer to get it all together.
  3. In a separate small bowl put the flour and all the remaining spices (cinnaman,flaxseed,allspice,salt and baking soda). combine all of this into the larger bowl with the banana mix you did in step 2.
  4. Put into a 9 by 5 loaf pan. Temp. 350°F for an hour
  5. when finished bake put 1 tbsp of butter into the mirowave until melted, 1 tbsp of cognac amd 1 tbsp of powder sugar
