The ingredients needed to make Fried Gizzard:
Prepare Half kg Gizzard
Get 2 onions
Take 3 tomatoes
Prepare 1 green bell pepper
Make ready 1 yellow bell pepper
Prepare 1 red bell pepper
Prepare leaves Coriander
Prepare Little oil
Make ready Salt
Instructions to make Fried Gizzard:
Prepare your ingredients. Wash the gizzards properly under running water. Then pour lil oil to frying pan and let it heat till you see some smoke.
Add your buzzards to the frying pan making sure they don't overlap one another. Let them heat till they turn brown
Add the onions n let them cook
Add your garlic(optional) when onions start to brown
After 2 minutes add the tomatoes and let them cook
You can add little water at this stage to juice the tomatoes. Ohh it's already yummy jus by look of it
After tomatoes have cooked, add the bell pepper and let them cook for around 3 mins to b crunchy
Add the coriander(dhania) as you turn off the heat.
N wallah it's ready enjoy with ur loved ones. Serve with ur favourite accompaniments like rice or mashed potatoes and some veges(optional)
