2. Slice the plantain,Sprinkle salt on it.Heat up vegetable oil and fry for just 2minutes.Select out and pour in the gizzard and fry for 3minutes.
3. Slice the green pepper,yellow bell pepper,fresh red pepper,onion and pour in.Stir and add salt and curry.
