  5. In another saucepan,add little vegetable oil, add your minced garlic n onions, add your tomatoes,chili papers,seasoning,curry and thyme powder,allow to simmer for some minutes,now add the gizzard and plantain and stir.
  6. Add your green and red pepper.stir for minutes,taste to adjust taste.
