  1. On a bowl,place strainer,add tutti frutti & wash thoroughly with water then strain & set aside.
  2. In a pot,add ghee & let it melt. Add green cardamom,cloves & mix well.
  3. Add boiled rice, sugar & mix well and mix well & cook on high flame until dries up (3-4 minutes) & keep mixing in between. Now add red and green color in rice.
  4. Add kewra water and Cover lid with kitchen cloth & steam cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Mix.
