The ingredients needed to make Sindhi Biryani:
  1. Get 3 glass basmati rice soaked
  2. Get 1 kg Mutton
  3. Take Sindhi Biryani masala
  4. Prepare 3 onions chopped
  5. Get 2 tomatoes chopped
  6. Get 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. Get 2 tbs Yogurt
  8. Take 1/2 cup cooking oil
  9. Make ready 1 potato diced
  10. Take Kewra water

Instructions to make Sindhi Biryani:
  1. Fry onion in oil till golden brown then add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste stir fry. Then add Mutton and cook it for 10 mins.
  2. Add biryani masala and cook it for 20mins,until meat tender add potatoes diced. Cover it let the potatoes soft..
  3. Now add Yogurt for gravy cook it for 5 mins.
  4. Boiled the rice add 3tsp salt. Drain the water.
  5. Now layer it with Mutton gravy masala then green coriander and chilies, Sprinkle food color and drops of kewra water in it.
  6. Let it steam for a few minutes then mix it up side down. And serve it with raita.
