- Soak Basmati rice for 1 hour or more and crush them coarsly.
- Boil milk and add crushed rice, cook till rice are soft and milk is little thick, add sugar and cook on low flame. Add sugar keep stirring so that kheer doesn't get stick in bottom so be careful.
- Grind illichi with little sugar it's a tip to grind ilaichi /green cardamom. Add in kheer and mix when kheer is about to ready add crushed (by hands) khoya in it and keep stirring on low flame. Add pista badam and kewra water.
