Till 1kanni done /80, %cooked, strain them now make layers for biryani, first add 2tbsp oil with little water on pan, than add half boiled rice than koftay masala than remaining rice, add orange food colour,mint n green chillies kewra essence some oil or ghee, close lid and put on hot tawa on dum on high heat for 5_6 mins than on low flame till steam is made. Keep it for more 10 mins.
