  1. Take a deep bottom pan, add milk, boil it at low flame. Keep boiling.
  2. Take a mixer jar, add makhana, grind it, keep aside.
  3. Wash, soak rice in water for 30 minutes, keep aside.
  4. Let the milk become a Lil thick. Now add in makhana & rice, give a stir.
  5. Cook it till phirni becomes a lil thick.
  6. Blend it with a hand blender, blend the phirni for 5 minutes.
  7. Now add condensed milk, give a stir. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  8. Add Elaichi & kewra water, mix it well.
  9. Switch off the flame, cover it with the lid for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve it with some dry fruits.
