  6. Then lower the flame add 1 tbsp lemon juice and cook for 1 minute
  7. Turn off flame and add rose water/kwera water. Sugar syrup is ready. Set it aside
  8. For the Kunafeh take 350 grams vermicelli in a plate
  9. In 1/2 cup melted butter/ghee add food colour and mix well
  10. Add this to the vermicelli and gently mix well
  11. Butter 2 pans and spread this mixture over 1 pan. The second pan should be bigger than first pan
  12. Press with a flat bottomed bowl/play to get a even surface.Add the sauce over it and spread evenly leavening the sides
  13. Add the remaining vermicelli mixture over the top and gently press with a bowl or plate and heat this in gas stove for 2 minutes
  14. Then place it over a tawa and cook in medium low flame for 10 minutes.
  15. Then place the second pan over it and gently flip the other pan. Cook the other side on medium low flame for another 10 minutes KNAFEH/KUNAFA1. Once done allow it to come to room temperature and then add sugar syrup on top and garnish with pistachios and rose petals and serve
