Take 1 tsp biryani masala /garam masala
Make ready 1/2 cup curd
Get 2 chopped green chillies

Take as required Oil for frying kababs
Make ready 1 tsp kewra water
Steps to make Malai Seekh Biryani:
Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.Add 1tbsp salt.Boil till done.Drain and keep aside.
Put chicken mince in a grinding jar.Add all the ingredients of kabab.Add salt as per taste,also add 1tbsp fried onion.Grind to a smooth paste.
Take out the chicken mix,make kababs using a skewer.
Fry kababs on low flame till golden.Take out and keep aside.
Preparing gravy:In a wok heat ghee,add whole garam masala,add onion and fry till transluscent.Add pepper powder,cumin powder and chopped green chillues.Saute and cook fo 2 minutes.
Add curd and mix well.Cook for 3-4minutes on low flame.Now mix cream with almond paste and add milk.Stir and add to gravy.Add salt as per taste.Cook on low flame for 2-3minutes or till gravy is thick.Put off flame and keep the gravy aside..
Assembling of biryani: - In a greased pan add 1/3part of boiled rice.Add a ladle ful of gravy followed by some fried onion.Add rice again,gravy and fried onion.Arrange seekh kababs on rice.
Add remained rice,gravy and fried onion.Add kewra water and garnish wirh chopped coriander-mint leaves.
Cover and put on braise for 10 minutes on lowest flame.
Serve with raita.
