Sb se phly oil m onions fry kryn. Or phir nikl Lyn.
Abb iss oil m tez patta, Bari elaichi laung, Kali Mirch or zeera daal Kar 2 se 3 second pakayen.
Abb mutton yakhni m se mutton nikl kar oil m daal Lyn or stock Chor dyn.
Abb iss m ginger garlic paste or tomatoes add kryn add kryn.
NOTE : yogurt m green chillies daal Kar blend kar Lyn isss m add kryn. or red chilli flakes bhi add kryn
Mix kryn or itna pakayen ke yeh masala oil Chor dein
Masala oil Chor dein to USS m salt green chillies or mint leaves add kar ke mix kryn.
Abb iss m Rice add kryn.
Or lemon juice or mutton stock das Kar mix kryn or cover kar ke itna pakayen ke Pani Thora Kam hojaye.
Jab Pani Kam hojaye to iss m ghee add kar ke mix kryn or garam masala daal Kar Dum par rakh dyn.
Jab rice paaak jyn to colour daal dyn or cover kar ke 2 mint ke liye low flame par rakhyn.
Abb Dum khol dyn or biryani ko mix kryn.
Biryani ready hy.

Sary garam masalay 1 cloth Lyn or USS m bandh Lyn or water mutton onion or garlic daal Kar itna pakayen ke Mutton tender hojaye.
