Out of three packs of milk,take two packs and boil. As it boils, switch off the gas. Add in diluted vinegar till it curdels and add ice cubes. Seive it,wash nicely. Let it remain on the seive till excess water gets drained.
Now take one pack of left over milk, boil it,stir continuously till it thickens.Add milk powder, sugar and milk made. Cook till it is thickened. Add in the chenna and stir add essence, cardamom powder. Cook on high till it leaves it's side and no liquid is seen. Transfer it in a greased dish or a thali.
Garnish it with chopped pista,press it lightly and let it set. After it is set cut them in squares and serve. Believe me having one piece will not fill your craving.It is sooo very tasty. Do try it !!
