The ingredients needed to make Sindhi Biryani:
  1. Take 1.5 kg beef
  2. Prepare 1 packet Sindhi Biryani masala
  3. Take 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare 1 cup oil

  6. Prepare 1 cup Yogurt
  7. Get 1 cup fried onion
  8. Get 6 green chillies
  9. Get 2 onion
  10. Take 4 tomatoes

  13. Prepare leaves Coriander
  14. Prepare leaves Mint
  15. Take 6 aloo Bukhara
  16. Make ready 2 cinnamon sticks
  17. Prepare 1 tsp Zeera
  18. Take 1 tsp Blackpeppercorns
  19. Take 2 bay leaf
  20. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  21. Make ready Salt to taste
  22. Make ready 3 cups rice
  23. Take Pinch orange food colour
  24. Get 2 tbsp kewra water
Steps to make Sindhi Biryani:
  1. First set all the ingredients.
  2. Take beef add ginger garlic paste, whole spices, red chilli powder, sindhi biryani masala, onion, tomato and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Now take a pan add oil and add marinated beef and cook until it's done.
  4. Now add potatoes and cook. Add water if needed.
  5. Add Yogurt, fried onion and bhunify it completely.
  6. Now boil rice and start layering. - First layer rice then masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves.
  7. Again and rice,pour kewra water and orange food colour.
  8. Place it for Dum for about 15 mins.
