Take 1.5 kg beef
Prepare 1 packet Sindhi Biryani masala
Take 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Get 1 cup fried onion
Get 6 green chillies
Get 2 onion
Take 4 tomatoes
Make ready 1 lemon

Take 6 aloo Bukhara
Make ready 2 cinnamon sticks
Prepare 1 tsp Zeera
Take 1 tsp Blackpeppercorns
Take 2 bay leaf
Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready Salt to taste
Make ready 3 cups rice
Take Pinch orange food colour
Get 2 tbsp kewra water
Steps to make Sindhi Biryani:
First set all the ingredients.
Take beef add ginger garlic paste, whole spices, red chilli powder, sindhi biryani masala, onion, tomato and marinate for 1 hour.
Now take a pan add oil and add marinated beef and cook until it's done.
Now add potatoes and cook. Add water if needed.
Add Yogurt, fried onion and bhunify it completely.
Now boil rice and start layering. - First layer rice then masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves.
Again and rice,pour kewra water and orange food colour.
Place it for Dum for about 15 mins.
