  3. Take a heavy bottom kadai. Pre- heat it on medium to high flame for 7- 8 minutes. Then place a stand inside the kadai and place the kunafa mould on top of the stand. Cover with a lid. Keep the flame medium. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile make the sugar syrup ready by taking another saucepan and boliing some water, followed by adding sugar to it. Once it's done put the flame off. Now come to the kadai where vermicelli is getting baked. After 20 to 25 minutes put the flame off. Take the mould out. - Cut the edges of the kunafa with a knife. Take a plate and flip the mould over the plate. Tap it. The kunafa will come out easily. Now take a little amount of sugar syrup and soak the kunafa with the help of a spoon.
