  10. Make ready 8-10 pieces almonds (finely chopped)

  1. In a pan heat ghee and fry vermicelli for few minutes until its colour changes a little.
  2. When colour changes set aside and in the same pan roast cashews and kishmish. Set aside all these things.
  3. Now in a pan add milk,sugar and hari elaichi seeds and bring it to boil. Cook it until milk is 1/4 reduced. Keep stirring in between.
  4. Now add khoya and cook for few minutes until it melts. Now add fried vermicelli and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Now fried nuts and let it simmer for 5- 10 minutes on low flame. Now add kewra water and mix well. Sheer khurma is ready.
