Get 250 gm basmati rice
Take 1/2 cup mushroom chopped

Instructions to make Matar Mushroom pulao:
First wash all veggies and cut the mushroom into medium pieces,chopped beans and cut broccoli. Wash the rice and soaked in water for half an hour.
Take one stick of cinnamon,cloves fennel seeds and coriander seeds.put them into muslin cloth piece and tie it make a potli. Now take a wok add 3 cups of water along with soaked rice add 1 tsp cumin seeds,bay leaf, slit green chillies and put the spices' potli in it add 1 full tsp salt.cook the rice until they done 80%
Meanwhile rice has cooked take a kadhai add ghee and oil heat it add mushroom pieces fry them then add beans and broccoli saute and fry for 3-4 minutes then add green peas fry all together for 2 minutes then transfer them in a plate
In the same oil add remaining whole spices saute when aroma comes add chopped onion saute until they turn translucent,add ginger garlic paste saute few seconds then add tomatoes and 1tsp salt mix cover and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.then turn the flame low add curd mix well.
Now add the fry veggies and black pepper powder mix well add little water cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Rice has cooked then strain it and remove the potli.then add rice with vegetables mix nicely.
Add kewra water and coriander leaves then mix and cover.cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.the pulaw is ready.
