The ingredients needed to make Mutton Biryani:
  1. Take 600 gm Basmati rice,
  2. Get 600 gm, mutton
  3. Get 3 tsp, onion paste

  7. Take 1 tsp black pepper powder

  16. Prepare 3-4 drops Mitha ator
  17. Get 1 tsp,,rose water, kewra water
  18. Take onion slices of 1 onion
  19. Get 2 tsp Mustard oil,
  20. Take 2 tsp white oil,
  21. Take 50 gm khoya kheer
  22. Make ready 4 potatoes,
  23. Prepare 4 eggs
Steps to make Mutton Biryani:
  1. Marinate the mutton with onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, curd,javitri-jaiphol-garam masala powder, black pepper powder, biryani masala, mustard oil for half an hour.
  2. Heat 1tbsp ghee in a handi. Add the onion slices and fry it crispy. Put it in a plate.
  3. Add the marinated mutton in a pressure cooker. Cook it till the mutton is soft. Leave 1cup greavy of mutton.
  4. Fry the potatoes with salt,turmeric powder in mustard oil. Boil it with little amount of onion paste, ginger-garlic paste.
  5. Boil the eggs and peel it off.
  6. Add the saffron in the cup of milk and stir it well.
  7. Make the rice slight hard in another handi.
  8. Heat some white oil in a handi. Add bay leaves. Turn the gas off.
  9. Put one layer of rice. One layer of mutton,potatoes, graevy,fried onion,biryani masala, joyitri-jaifol-garam masala, black pepper powder, salt,saffron milk,grated khoya kheer,mitha ator,kewra water, rose water. Put onothe layer of rice.
  10. Add garam masala powder, ghee,biryani masala on the top layer of rice. Co ver the handi for 15 mins in a low to medium flame. Serve it hot in plate.
