Steps to make Cornflakes Fruit Bhel:
  1. For Mein'salad Peanuts and Cornflakes. Take a Pan, Heat 2-3 Tbsp of oil, Add peanuts, and shallow fry till golden brown. Add Salt and Red chilli powder at the end so that it does not burn. Remove the peanuts in another bowl. In the same pan, add cornflakes and saute for few seconds till becomes little crispy. Remove in another bowl.
  2. For instant Tamarind Chutney. Take a small pan, add jaggery and water. Saute till jaggery melts. Add Tamarind paste, salt, Raw Mango powder, Red chili powder, crushed garlic, and jeera powder. Bring everything to Boil. Once cool down, it will turn a little thick and shiny!!
  3. For Cornflakes Bhel.Take a mixing bowl, Add all the Cornflakes toppings one by one, and at the end, Add Chutney. Serve with coriander leaves and Sev. You can add your choice of fruits like Pomegranate, Apple, Pear etc.
