3. While meat/onions are cooking, get a medium size bowl and pour the can of cream of shroom soup, 8oz of sour cream and cup of milk into bowl and stir till blended. U can also add shredded cheese into this mixture for a cheesier casserole
4. Have your 13x9x2" casserole dish ready. Spread meat evenly throughout bottom of dish.
5. Spread green beans evenly over meat
6. Pour the above mixture over meat and beans
7. Finally add your frozen tater totts and layer them/lining them up to cover entire casserole dish. Feel free to add your cheddar cheese on top of the totts
